Settings window for fees in the deal screen 10/13/11

Previously, VisionMenu did not allow for fees to be changes from taxable to untaxed (or visa versa) from within a deal. Now, the user has the ability to change these fees on a deal-by-deal basis from within the deal screen, in order to suit the specific needs of a dealership.
