VisionMenu, Inc releases “new” online Automobile F&I Sales and Compliance course as a free enhancement to VisionMenu 1/27/2011

VisionMenu, Inc today announced the release of an online F&I Sales and Compliance course specifically for Automotive Dealers. This 3-hour production is a standard feature of VisionMenu and enhances the 40 training tutorials for Automotive and 3 hours of sales and compliance training for Powersports dealers already standard with VisionMenu. To get to the “new” online Automobile F&I Sales and Compliance course from VisionMenu, there is a drop down indicating links in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Drill down and select the Vision E-Academy link to navigate to the F&I Sales and Compliance course.

New link on login page for software enhancements 1/27/2011

Upon login you’ll notice a new link under the login, highlighted with orange font. Clicking here will take you to the most recent enhancements added to VisionMenu. You can also access our most recent enhancements from your dashboard if your dealership has that feature available.

Migrate the Individual Performance Report 1/27/2011

This Individual Performance Report is an updated version of our older Individual Performance Report. All Calculations and counts directly reflect our previous Performance report but have been migrated to fit the new reporting format and search parameters.

Migrate F&I Performance Detail Report 1/27/2011

This report is an updated version of our old F&I Performance Detail report. All calculations and counts are the same as the older version, only it has the updated reporting parameters and fits the formatting of our new reporting look.

New Lender Analysis Report 1/27/2011

We’ve updated and enhanced our lender analysis report with detailed parameters and our new reporting format. You now have the parameters to view each lender in detail and compare them to other lenders offered at your store, group, or company. Each lender on this report is broken down into three detailed analysis. Advance analysis (breaks down contracts by number of, percent of, and average of). Reserve analysis (displays average term, rate, and finance reserve). Profit analysis (A review of your profits per lender by Gross, Back, and total retail). There is also a “rank by” feature in the reporting parameters that allows you to rank many lenders by the parameter chosen. Examples are, by Contract volume, % advanced, Average reserve, number of contracts, average rate and all can be specific to new, used, lease and totals.

Allow users to change retail price in the properties window of the deal screen 1/27/2011

We’ve added new functionality to our deal screens as it relates to a products markup. You now have the ability to modify a products markup by adjusting the retail price. To utilize this feature, from the deal screen, click on the product you choose to modify the select view properties. If you’ve entered in a cost for that product within your products setups changing the retail price allows you to change the markup for that particular product.

Enhanced Product Disclosure form 1/10/2011

We’ve updated and enhanced our existing Product Disclosure Form with a cleaner and more uniform look, also giving you the capability of providing taglines for products declined to give your customers one more look at declined product descriptions. If you already have taglines for your products, these taglines will carry over to the newly enhanced Product Disclosure Form.

Filter by Finance Manager on the F&I Control Log 1/10/2011

Additional to the new sortable columns feature, we have added in a drop down that allows you to filter your F&I Control Log by finance manager. Every finance manager within your store, group, or company automatically populates the filter’s drop down, allowing you to filter your F&I Control Log by the Finance manager of your choosing.

Sortable Columns on the F&I Control Log 1/10/2011

With our new F&I Control Log we’ve added a couple of features to personalize and detail your reporting needs. The latest update to the software allows you to sort your F&I Control Log by column in ascending or descending order. You can also sort by as many columns as you chose. By simply holding down the shift key on your key board and selecting the columns you chose to sort by.

Filter by Sub Prime / Prime / Turnover on F&I Control Log 1/10/2011

With the update Sub Prime / Prime / and Turnover to your close out screen, you can report on these with new filters added to your F&I Control Log. Within your Sales Types filters on your F&I Control Log you will notice two more categories to report on. Sub Prime and Prime, which can be selected to filter in or out the flagged Sub Prime and Prime deals. Also added, a drop down labeled as Include Turnover. By selecting yes or no on the include turnover drop down you’ll be able to include or exclude all flagged turnover deals.
