We just celebrated our 50th new agency liaison with VisionMenu for 2010.  So why are so many agencies switching their dealer clients to VisionMenu?  Yes, one of the reasons is discontent with (or lack of) service they are getting from their existing software provider, but mostly it is because VisionMenu has the best combination of price, quality, and service in the business.

Service to us means we answer the phone and actually try to solve the problem immediately.  If we cannot get back with you that day, we let you know when we will.  It also means that we have someone available to demonstrate our Desking, Menu, and Reporting products individually to your customer and yourself on your schedule not ours.

Competitive prices mean that we make a reasonable profit, but we are more affordable than our competition.  We understand that many of our customers (independent agents) pay for their dealer’s menu programs themselves.  So, as dealers are added, it can become increasingly expensive.  Therefore, we try to work with our current and potential agents on bulk pricing, or reducing set up fees for new dealers when moving business away from their current provider and to VisionMenu.

Superior Quality to us means that our features are unique and our tools are simple to use.  And, of course, VisionMenu’s software features do what we say they will do.  Recent tests and internal control measures have proved VisionMenu’s features are 99% reliable.
